I delivered ABA to children with developmental disorders alongside Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. Reinforcement scheduling, prompt fading, task analysis. I collected data on every single trial, because the plan gets adjusted from that data or it does not get adjusted at all.

When your dataset is a child's afternoon, you stop treating measurement as paperwork. You learn exactly what a noisy signal costs. You learn that the instrument changes the reading. You learn how fast a model falls apart when the conditions shift, because you are watching it happen in front of you and a real person is on the other end of it.

I also worked with caregivers so the strategies held up at home, handled de-escalation when they did not, and stayed HIPAA compliant throughout. I will never describe an individual case. That is the point of the standard.
