A law firm is a strange place to do behavioural work, which is why I wanted it. People arrive at a lawyer anxious, mid-problem, scanning fast for whether this person handles their specific thing. I rebuilt the site around that state of mind instead of around the firm's org chart.

The half I am prouder of is quieter. I took the recurring admin, the intake, the scheduling, the reports nobody had time to run, and automated it. Nothing about that is glamorous. It gave a small team back a serious amount of their week.

Underneath both, I ran the statistical analysis on client data to find where engagement was actually breaking, built the dashboards so the partners could see it without asking me, and put together predictive models to flag which matters were likely to need attention early.
